Brief: Collaborate with Liberty Fairs client roster to create top-tier editorial content stories and engage with brand sales teams for next-level trade show experience.

Partnered with Liberty Fairs over multiple seasons to produce editorial-style content for designers showcased at their Las Vegas and Miami fashion trade shows. Shot and produced original imagery in Liberty League Studios, on hotel partner properties and surrounding areas across both cities; collaborating with creators, brand representatives, and production partners to deliver high-quality content packages for exciting brands on the season’s roster. Stepped into creative director role for 2017 Fall Season, leading a dedicated studio space for 3 days, guiding concept development, styling direction, and on-the-ground execution for my hand-picked team of creators.

The Liberty League, Park City, Utah (2020)

Aim: Offer Liberty Fairs roster quality content creation experiences through elevated styling direction and a unique creative eye to produce high-impact assets to be shared with mainstream audiences for brand exposure across markets—creating unmatched added value to their showroom experience.

Structure & Deliverables: Full access to brands on the floor, create within studios on-site but also leverage the surrounding areas as desired, various content mandatories per season promoting Liberty Fairs experience to mainstream audience and fashion insiders.
-Deliver dynamic editorial content featuring brand samples to expand and elevate marketing assets beyond the standard line sheet common to trade show experiences.
-Engage with brand reps and sales teams, educated them on content creator experience, and expose them to the magic of the Liberty League Studios.
-Handle product loans and samples with care and timeliness to ensure exciting content without damage.
-Provided digital assets for Liberty Fairs internal use across owned platforms, marketing materials, and trade show floor displays.
-Took on Creative Director role for one of the four studios on-site, leading a dedicated studio space for 3 days, guiding concept development, styling direction, and on-the-ground execution for my hand-picked team of creators.

Approach: Unlimited potential: with hundreds of exciting fashion pieces at my disposal for three days, I flew into Vegas (or Miami) each season with a game plan—including editorial strategies, visual references, and key pieces from home—and heart that was ready to create. While other creators preferred a relaxed and casual approach, I locked in on a focused approach to content that balanced quantity with quality. I started each season with an extensive walk of the floor, cataloguing the partners I desired to collaborate with, organized a production schedule, and got to work. The results were exciting season after season.

Notable Achievements:

  • Served as creative director for my own studio on-site (Vegas, Fall 2017), developing a collective content strategy for my handpicked team of creators and organizing studio budget and creative needs, including lighting, backdrops and props to give our space a bespoke design that fit my team’s creative sentiments and edge.

  • Participated in the Liberty House, a creative retreat at The Lodge at Blue Sky (Park City, Utah) to create high-impact marketing assets for a curated roster of Liberty Fairs brand partners. Collaborated with international production experts over three days, while participating in Liberty Fairs team-building activities to foster team growth.

  • Successfully completed seven exciting seasons of Liberty Fairs trade shows in Vegas and two seasons of their Cabana Swimwear trade shows in Miami, creating top-tier editorial imagery and brand marketing assets for dozens of brands across their respective rosters, including Levi’s, Tumi, Rag & Bone, True Religion, Raf Simons for Fred Perry, Vince & more.

  • Participated in NYC-based focus groups during the off-seasons to support company growth, advise on Studios performance, and develop stronger client strategies to amplify content production and partnership opportunities among roster (ex. Liberty House).
